Well it's not against the law, my daughter was trying to buy a mobile home all she needed was a dollar and a deed, and no credit check, well they did tell her she qualified but she needed an extra $2500.00 buck's to go with a dollar and a deed because she did not have enough credit so that was as bad as not having any credit at all. If you have no credit, well guess what you have bad credit and how are you gonna get credit if no one will give it to you. go out and buy a small amount $50.00 on credit make payments on time and you have a start of credit. Shirley L

They advertise that to get you into their office.

Nobody's going to give a loan to someone who has NO history of paying things back-- but they would be more than happy to give a high interest loan to someone who has a few minor issues on their credit.

You're right-- it is a little misleading-- but it doesn't constitute false advertising; I don't foresee an end to those ads. Kaiden

it's not false advertisement. read the fine print on those ads. usually, it says contingent on qualifying. if you have bad credit, they might still give you the loan, but your rate will be sky high. what we need to come together and stop is irresponsible usage of credit. then, nobody would have to worry about not qualifying. infinite crisis 247
