Of they Big carriers, Sprint seems to have the lowest standards, but chances are if your credit is "that" bad, they will require a deposit, which can be $200.00 + As a third option, prepaid phones are the way to go. No credit check, basic phones run less then $50.00 and for many of them, a $100 card gets you close to a 1000 minutes that last up to a year.
