Due to bad circumstances, my mom is considering to foreclose on a house soon. What will happen after her having bad credit? We know for 7 years (I think), you can’t apply for house, car, or credit card. She is 53, so I don’t think she needs anything anytime soon. Besides, I can give her those things under my name, right?

I got my new sin number recently, and also I have bad credit score when I was international status in Canada.
With my new sin, I applied my hsbc bank golden master card and it’s approved.. How is these situation to be? I am confused.
Can I cancle my first credit card and used my new credit card to build up my new credit? How’s my old credit history?
