Many of these "companies" use very deceptive practices and will tack on extraneous fees that are hidden in the contracts. If you absolutely cannot go with your personal bank, then try the link out at the bottom of my post. They work with a bunch of lenders and let you choose the loan that best suits you. Several people in my family have used them successfully so I have them bookmarked.
