How does orchard bank work my husband has bad credit they sent him a prequlifying letter will we qualify?

There are some banks that charge a processing or an application fee to people with horrendous credit.
Then guess what - you get turned down for the loan - and they keep your money.
I wonder if they have made anyone a real loan ever.
A loan company will NEVER charge you a fee upfront.
Tear that letter up.
First google “orchard bank complaints” , or scam , or rip-off.

Any Bank that needs your money up front is a scam. Don’t do business with them. Go somewhere else. or ask your government to recommend a good bank to you. Oldmansea

pre qualify is the same thing as pre approve. pre anything = before.
they got me once. i got something that said pre approval. called and got shot down. i said “hey, i was pre approved” they said “yeah, pre as in before. before you are approved.” its semantics. accident prone

you are not pre approved…..it is a banking scam…they send those letter to everyone they can…once people reply they do a credit check…and say…no way jose! lol…..banks insurance companies, the government…they are all crooks dimarkcanada
