Daniel asked: My wife has defaulted on her Federal student loan, last tax year the debt collection agency tried to intercept our return. I am the one who is responsible for all of the income. My question is: other than filing an injured spouse form, is there a faster more effective way of receiving my refund? And can they legally garnish my wages or get anything out of our bank account? (She’s a joint owner of the account)

KissDragon asked: I have 6 rental properties that I bought with 20% down on all of them but I am stuck in bad adjustable loans. I tried to Refi but the bank say the houses all lost value and I would have to bring another 20% to the table at closing. The mortgage holders say they will not work with me on the loans till I am 30 past due. How do I resolve this?

Siana asked: I have tried applying for credit cards but they won’t give me credit for lack of credit. How can I go about getting a good credit score? (Besides loan companies. Already trying that.)
I really don’t earn much at my job and I would like to get a JC Penny card or something like that for clothes.
