Marah asked: I have very bad credit. I was very sick for a few years and am still recovering but doing better( I’m still considered disabled). I have a very small income but shouldn’t have trouble paying a phone bill. I’m probably moving to a new area and will need a landline phone. Will I be able to get one? I mean can you get one if you pay a deposit or there a landline service that you can pay for without a credit check? Thanks and please no rude or vulgar comments or answers.

sonyboy812 asked:
My understanding is that bad debt is charged as an expense in the income statement and also remove the amount of bad debt from the asset side of the balance sheet.
if net assets = equity, then if asset is lower due to bad debt, then equity must reduce to balance the balance sheet. But, what is deducted in the equity side?
Thanks
