If there is, what is it, and additionally, if someone with capable credit starts a corporation, can someone with bad credit be named as a partner and or trustee that can utilize and control the financial aspects of the company along with the president of the co.?

Can a company charge their sales person a percentage of the debt if an account goes bad?
