Can a person with bad credit start a corporation?

If there is, what is it, and additionally, if someone with capable credit starts a corporation, can someone with bad credit be named as a partner and or trustee that can utilize and control the financial aspects of the company along with the president of the co.?

Yes, you may.
There is no minimum credit standards as your corporation may not be using credit.
